About this workshop
You can build the high performing team you’ve always dreamed of: one where people are motivated to execute, thoughtfully reflect on their performance, and excitedly take ownership of team goals.
You can accomplish all of this through feedback. When you make it safe and natural for everyone to have honest two-way conversations about performance, you will see your team soar.
Feedback That Lands is the first workshop in my series on management fundamentals, and it’s unlike any other feedback workshop you’ve taken. You probably already know some common feedback acronyms (SBID, anyone?), but those stop short of addressing the real challenges of feedback conversations with humans. We’ll take the fear out of feedback by giving you actionable tips for the scenarios you dread the most. By mastering these tough conversations and making feedback a part of your team’s DNA, you will see improved team performance, better managerial relationships, and more ambition from your team members.
Topics covered:
Creating a feedback culture
Structuring feedback for maximum success
Holding feedback conversations
Navigating feedback pitfalls and challenges (i.e. what to do when the frameworks fail!)
Finding support
